Back Track How do you get a newborn baby's nights and days back on track?
I think my three week old baby has her days and nights mixed up because she sleeps all day and is awake all night, is there a secret way to get that back on track??
My oldest daughter had her days and nights mixed up for a month straight when she was 2mths old,and it was horrible.
I tried everything in the book and then my grandmother told me to lay her flat on her back (in the bed she sleeps in) then grab her feet and flip her to her tummy. Then grab her feet again and flip her back to on her back.
I swear it sounds looney toons but I did it and the next day she got her days and nights straight she started sleeping for longer periods during the night.

How to get back on track from injury?
Since I returned from a injury, I have been playing poorly. I am averaging career low every night and having troubles shooting. What can I do to get back on track? I was a good shooter before the injury.
Get in shape, work on your shooting again, especiall mid-range but really try not to get injure again on the same place you get injured previously. work on your game now, get in shape, watch tapes, and just have confidence in your game. good luck
