i'm considering to start making my own music and have questions?
i'm talking about electro like deadmau5 and daft punk. i am using fl studio right now to get started and learn. obviously i will upgrade to cubase or whatever when i get better and have more money but if i use a synthesizer and drum machine can i upload my own sounds and use them? also will all of this work on a regular macbook (hooked up to home theater speakers).

if to computer yes by using a mic and a recording program (audacity is a great freeware for that)
if to the ner yea also since it is your music and no laws can bound you
yup it will work on macbook of course far better than a pc

question for BLACK SABBBATH fans who play DRUMS?
Im interested in making a Sabbath tribute cd. My brothers a great vocalist.. I play guitar and bass.. Ive recorded with a drum machine but it sucks only being able to play a few songs. If theres any drummer who loves sabbath and has a software (sonar, cubase) or whatever that wants to make a CD, Im interested in recording:
Walpurgis (from ozzman cometh)
Cornucopia
Tommorows dream
A national Acrobat
Hand of Doom
