Session Track
Is it alright to workout your abs before a track meet or will that bring down your performance?
I workout everyday, upper body, then lower. But tomorrow i have a trackmeet. i'm wondering if i should skip today's workout session.
I don't see why you should skip.
Our entire distnce does one every day. We always do one the day before a meet.
As long as you're used to doing them, it's probably OK. If you never do one then I wouldn't reccomend it bc. then you probably WILL be sore.
If you do it every day anyways, then go for it!

How can I read files on an open session CDROM?
I have two CDROMs that were burned about six years ago on an HP CD burner. At that time, you manually opened and closed the disc for burning -- and usually the disk was left "open" after writing, so that less disk space was used. These disks were left "open" and the HP 4x CDROM has since gone to CDROM heaven.
I can't read either disk on my present-day CDROM or DVD drives. Nero reports "open session" tracks, but will not allow me to view or save them. Is there a program out there that will allow me to either close the disk so that the files can be accessed, or alternatively search for and recover the files? I have tried to recover the files using a utility in System Mechanic but it could not access the discs.
I think what happened is those CDs were not burned the typical way as if you were to burn some data on it with Nero or something. The discs were used as drives. It formats the CD as a harddrive but is a write once drive.
If that is the case you need the same program to read the drive again.
If that CD is an open session CD and your current drive cannot read it, Im afraid you will need the same drive again. But you see most drives can read open session CDs written by other drives. Since you cannot, I believe it was a drive CD used like a HD as explained above.
