Steinberger Strings

My new guitar has action that is a bit high, but the frets buzz a bit much. Does that mean I need to....?
Does that mean I need to raise the strings at the bridge but lower the strings with the truss rod?
Its a Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro, by the way, with an R-Trem tremolo.
if the action is high at the body of the guitar. then lower the bridge. if the frets buzz around the first frets then you will have to adjust the neck. if it buzzes around the lower frets, then you will have to raise the bridge then adjust the neck.
you will have to work with it until you get it how you like it.
