Is there a special name for electronic billboards/signs?
I teach English in a foreign country. One of my students, a graphic designer, was curious if there was a special name for the electronic billboards and signs that have become popular in the past few years. The electronic billboards were all over my hometown when I left America a few months ago. The billboards aren't all over China yet but the subway has electronic signs.
Anybody have any ideas?
I was guessing eboard or something like that.

The specific name used by media buyers is digital billboards. They function like regular bulletins (the larger billboards you see on major highways) except that they are connected by the internet and controlled by software. The ones they probably use in the subway are LCD panels, if larger they can be called video walls.

I live in the USA and I was wondering where to buy electronic cigarette in the USA. I heard that there was a import ban on electronic cigarettes so is there somewhere special I need to go to find out where to buy electronic cigarette in the USA?

Yeah I can think of a couple of places off the top of my head. I will find you a site I seen the other day.
If you are looking to buy electronic cigarette in the USA you need to avoid those places overseas then. A month or so ago the gov put a ban on importing electronic cigarettes. Can you really blame them with all the lead paint stuff and everything else you hear about?
But there are a couple of places where you can buy electronic cigarette in the USA. You just have to be picky with where you go and make sure to buy from a company that ships out of the USA.
I have been smoking electronic cigarettes for about a month and have to say I will never change back. No regrets what so ever and I have not touched a tobacco cigarette since.
Here is the site I found the other day. It has lots of info about electronic cigarettes and they know where to buy electronic cigarette in the USA. In fact they only deal with electronic cigarette companies in the USA.
