Presonus Sound Card

Question about this mic interface...?
Aite, so i barely know anything about microphone input/outputs or interfaces or any of that, but i got a question.
Im gonna buy this mic, http://www.amazon.com/Shure-PG42-USB-Vocal-Microphone/dp/B001U1IVBI/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I2USRLYGL87GRS&colid=1KUJFMOG9IH09
But i wanna improve the sound of the quality by buying this interface http://www.amazon.com/PreSonus-AudioBox-USB-Recording-Interface/dp/B00154KSA2/ref=sr_1_1?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1311395232&sr=1-1
I realize the interface connects to my computer via USB but what my question is, how do i connect the microphone to the interface? Please help, what kind of cable do i need to get or whatever, i appreciate it, my sound card is iffy and this is how i avoid that....
The answer is that you don't. The mic already has a preamp, analog to digital converter, and USB interface already built into it. You don't need, nor can you even use the Presonus box.
If you want to use the Presonus (and it's probably got a better A/D converter in it anyway), you need to use a conventional mic. If you want that particular mic, you want the PG42-LC, which has a conventional audio output. Then you only need an XLR-to-XLR mic cable to complete the hookup.
Good luck.

Im clueless. Relating to mic interfaces...?

The mic you are buying uses the computer's USB port. You need a mic with the standard mic connectors (usually a balanced output) which will connect to either mic 1 or 2 input on the interface. This is kinda what the mic connectors look like.:
http://www.amazon.com/XLR-male-female-Microphone-Cable/dp/B000165DSM/ref=pd_bxgy_MI_img_c
It's a XLR male to XLR female Microphone Cable. Your mic can come with it's own cable, but usually good ones have a female connector built in for the mic cable to connect to. This allows cables of different links to be used. A balanced out/in connections is preferred to cancel out hum.
Better images of XLR male to XLR female Microphone Cables:

You just need to get the mic you want that works with interface and not computer. Your interface has 2 balanced TRS outputs, MIDI in/out along with Steinberg's Cubase LE 4 48-track recording and production software, but I can't tell just what output connector you need. It will have to be one that has the USB connector or you can use your computer's Line Input which is a female RCA Jack.
This is the interface's manufacturer's web site: PreSonus AudioBox USB 2x2 USB Recording Interface. Much better rear image. Has USB, MIDI in/out and the female mic connection it looks like. Click on the photos.
Probably easier to use the USB port as the Main Out is a left and right channel. This means your cable will have to match any left/right input to computer that you use.
