Protools Im recording in protools le 8 when I try to record vocals in stereo it will only playback in one speaker?
What am I doing wrong?
A stereo track needs a stereo source. If you are not using a stereo mic, or two mics, it won't work. (Notice the input is always 1-2, or 3-4, etc?)
You can record to multiple tracks with the same input though. Use two mono tracks, and pan them out. Just set them to the same input. Try putting a short delay (25 ms) on one of them for a cool effect.
If you need it to be a stereo file, you can always bounce it later.
