Electric Grooves How do you clean a quesadilla maker?
So, I have this electric quesadilla maker. It's kind of like a waffle iron, but flatter and cuts the quesadillas into sixths. There are lots of little grooves and crannies in it because it puts shapes (a cactus, maracas, etc.) on the quesadilla. The little grooves/shapes are what makes it hard to clean. No matter what I do, I can't get the little bits of food/cheese out of the grooves. I've tried several different types of soap/sprays, many sponges, and paper towels. It cannot go in a dishwasher because it has a cord.
Does anyone have a similar appliance? Has anyone found a foolproof way to clean it? THANKS!
Place the appliance on top of a dish towel (to keep water from traveling all over the place). Heat up the appliance. When it is hot, unplug it. Put two WET paper towels in the appliance and close it. Let it sit for a few minutes, pour some water on the paper towels to get them wet again. Close the appliance and wait a few more minutes. Take an old soft toothbrush and gently scrub the grooves and crannies. Repeat until the job is done.
This is how I clean my George Foreman grill, but it doesn't have the grooves and crannies.
Good luck.

Electric Groove S1b
I forget the name of these walls.?
Its a pre-fabricated wall that is two sheets w/ I think foam insulation R-60. The wall sections can be lifted by 2 men and fit together like tongue and groove flooring. The electric run thru tubes and you cut out for the windows and walls. What is the wall construction name? Any links would be nice too, if you know of any. Thanks.
I never understand the "blogspot" people. What useless information.
Anyway, I went searching and I finally stumbled on my answer. They are the Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) In case you were wondering also.
We are planning to add on to our home and this is such a cost effective/envioronmentally friendly way to do it. Happy New Year!
SIPS - Structural Insulated Panels
One thing to keep in mind when building a home that is as air-tite as a SIPS construction - or you can also look at ICF (insulated concrete form - another very energy efficient and modular type construction): an issue called "Sick Home Syndrom". Basically, it is caused because the home doesn't leak air, so any contaminate that enters the home stays and can easily build up to levels that can make you sick. New materials like PVC and carpet and such can off-gas unless you get natural products. To combat this issue, you may need to look into a heat-recovering ventilator that connects to your heating/cooling system that allows fresh air to enter the home automatically. Very important component of a SIPS home.
Gig Bag I want to make my own trumpet case/gig bag.. help!?
My mother and I are both avid seamstresses but have never tried anything like this before. Does anyone know of any patterns for a trumpet gig bag? If not, do you have any suggestions?
Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks so much. : )
I'd suggest nylon with foam padding, something smooth and silky for the inside so it won't scratch your trumpet and a tougher nylon like cordura (if your sewing machine can handle it) for the outside.

Are there any gig bags for bass guitars that fit an Epiphone Thunderbird?
I have an Epiphone Thunderbird, and I need a gig bag or case. I just bought a computer, so I don't have any money left. However, I need a case or bag before school starts in less than a month. Are there any gig bags less than the $90 hard case that will fit a Thunderbird?
Guitar center has the cheap ones for like $20. A explorer will fit in any bass gig bag.
