Ableton Dubstep Bass Best Dubstep Production Software?
I am looking for a software that I can create dubstep with. I have tried Ableton, but its just way too confusing. Ive heard FL Studio works for Dubstep, but I havent figured out how to get good Modulated Bass sounds out of it yet. Can someone please help/point me in the direction of another software good for dubstep creation?
I want to try to stay away from free programs, as I have heard they dont produce good sounds.
Please help!
All good music programs are difficult to use.
You might as well learn Ableton.
Because with a hard to use program, you can do sooo much more
and be much more creative with your music.
Not just using a regular beat with a boring synth in the background.
Ableton Dubstep Whats better ableton live or FL Studio 9 for dubstep?
I have fl 9 but ive been looking at ableton and it looks easy to make dubstep on. Is it worth it?
Ableton. Get a copy of Max For Live while you're at it. It is seriously worth the extra money. It's so much more advanced than Fruity Loops, but it does take a little getting used to. Once you get the hang of it though, you won't look back.
Hey all, i recently got my hands on ableton live 8, and i've been trying to make some dubstep type songs. But i noticed i can't really get the wobble sound i want, there's too many restrictions (intensity, how long it lasts, etc. etc.) from the way i've been doing in straight through ableton. My question is this: should i download a program that works with ableton strictly for my bass, or are there better methods of doing it? thanks in advance for any help!
You can use operator to make a dub step sound by messing around with the oscillators. Also, you can get some vst plugins like massive that are mire comprehensive to making a wobble sound. Again, it's all about finding what you like best because there are a lot of different sounds from skrillex to rusko to flux pavilion so find what you like. Look on YouTube for tutorials on how to do it. There are a ton.
