Catholics, Protestants and other Christians,Concerning The Pope's?
Recent Social commentary. "Charity in Truth.": Pope Benedict XVI on Economics..by Richard C. Cook
Most commentators regard it as a Catholic document of interest only to those within the Catholic Church. This is a profound mistake.
The Pope speaks of the Church, but what he is saying contains a message for all of mankind. If taken seriously, the encyclical is potentially revolutionary. Its message is diametrically opposite to that of the "New World Order"
Could the encyclical even be a sign that "Old Europe" is decisively separating itself from the face the Anglo-American military-financial-intelligence colossus has presented to the world over the past decade with its wars, invasions, and threats against such nations as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and even Russia?
http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=14912
Could there be any Biblical Significence here?
Well the pope....calls for a UN 'with teeth' ..The Pope has called for reform of the United Nations and financial bodies, giving them the "real teeth" needed to tackle economic and social injustice.
Benedict XVI said the blind pursuit of profit and economic mismanagement had "wreaked havoc" on the global economy.

Eastwest Quantum Leap
Is Fruity Loops only good for techno songs?
I am a music major at Central Washington University and I was wondering if there were any programs out there that let me create high quality compositions, similar to that of EastWest's Quantum Leap, for example http://www.eastwestsamples.com/index.php. If you listen to any of the samples provided at the link you will know what I am talking about.
The only problem here is that EastWest completely breaks the bank, while Fruity Loops only costs around $100. Is there a Happy Medium out there?
First off, EastWest's Quantum Leap is a VST plugin, not a sequencer like Fruity Loops (or FL Studio as its called now. Kellogs got pissy I guess).
VSTs have to run inside of a sequencer, you wouldn't be able to create compositions with any of EastWest's products by themselves. So on top of their massive price tag you'd also need a program like FL Studio or Ableton Live (my personal favorite) to actually compose.
As for the techno part, FL Studio is geared toward electronic music production, without a doubt. You can't record audio with it directly, instead you use VST plugins and MIDI to make music. The VSTs that come with FL Studio are definitely meant for techno and such, but the software is perfectly suited for other types of music with the right plugins. However, for the kind of music you'll want to make, I wouldn't recommend putting forth the effort.
EastWest plugins are top of the line, meant for hollywood producers and sound designers. They don't have a learning curve as much as they do a learning cliff. What I'm saying is that they are not entry level pieces of software. There are plenty of perfectly good (and cheaper) alternatives.
EastWest plugins are basically glorified samplers, with thousands of sound files for every possible note. Any sequencer worth it's salt will come with a decent sampler, therefore its as easy as scouring the internet for sample packs for whatever instrument you want to play.
I'd suggest springing for a slightly more powerful sequencer than FL Studio, such as Ableton Live 8 (http://bit.ly/dATEux), or Cakewalk Sonar 8.5 (http://bit.ly/urgMh) and then buying some sample packs for orchestral or big band instruments (Sonar's got a bunch of stuff like this: http://bit.ly/d9qzbD).
You'll be able to make the same music for MUCH cheaper, and its FAR easier to work with.

Colossus Plus

Why isn't swap magic working sometimes?
I have a swap magic 3.6 (magic 3 plus), and a fat PS2 (don't know the version number right now, can look it up later if necessary). I've been using Philips DVD+R's and DVD-R's. Many backed-up games work, such as Kingdom Hearts, Mega man X collection, Shadow of the Colossus and others. My problem is this:
Some games I'm trying to play aren't working. Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 gets stuck at a loading screen when I try to play story mode (on the -R. It won't play at all with +R). Final Fantasy X gets to a part where Auren tells Tidus to "Look over there," and they just stand there staring where it seems another cutscene should start.
What is causing these problems? Is it compatibility? The DVDs? I used Blindwrite and imgBurn to burn them.
It could be the disks; sometimes they're flawed and won't work. If that's the problem, burning the game to a different disk should fix it. It could also be that your console is dirty. I got my PS2 used, and it wouldn't play certain games at first, but ran others fine. I took it apart and cleaned it (very carefully), and it plays everything fine now.

Shadow of the Colossus Playthrough part 2
They killed most of the main x-men off in x3 so what new line up would you like to see for x-men 4?
the line up i would love to see is Gambit, Magma, Bring Rouge back, Shawdocat, Colossus, and have storm has the head master of the school. and i wasn't sure if the would be able to brink back wolverine, if not X-23 she would be cheaper any way plus you dont need wolverine to have her in it. I am a big fan of hers and know this from comics. personal i would rather see x-23 than wolverine. so what line ups would your like to see?
Gambit
Shadowcat
Colossus
Illyana (Colossus' sis)
Psylocke
Storm
Wolverine
