Essential Native Native-English speakers! Could you please correct this little text?
Brazil has a great potential to grow and help its neighbor countries. But this is not an easy task. Many capable people are needed to develop the certain policies to achieve this purpose. An international experience for this people is essential, especially where there is a successful example of cooperation to commercial, juridical and humanitarian integration, like Europe. Though, this will be a hard task. So it is necessary that capable people engaged with the issues of its country and within a strong desire to learn, to know and to teach assume these positions. I have this profile: I am capable, engaged with Brazilian issues and I have an intense desire to learn with European experiences and bring the advantageous ones to Brazil. That is why I should study abroad.
Is there something wrong, something that I should change (not point of view, but grammar and etc)

An international experience for THESE people is essential, especially where there is a successful example of cooperation to commercial, juridical and humanitarian integration, AS IN Europe. Though, this will be a hard task, IT is necessary that capable people ARE engaged with the issues of THIS country WITH a strong desire to learn, KNOW and to teach IN these positions. I have this profile: I am capable, engaged with Brazilian issues and I have an intense desire to learn THE European APPROACHES and bring THESE to Brazil. That is why I WISH TO study abroad.
