I have everything hooked up, and working fine. I record the midi track and it appears to be recording just fine, but when I go to play it back, all the notes are scrunched up on top of each other so it plays my whole track in like one second.. all the noted i played at once. what's up with that. any help??
I'd probably have to see the file to figure out what is wrong exactly. It sounds like you're looping a small selection at the beginning when you're recording so when you play, everything gets recorded onto that small segment. In that case, just expand the selection markers to make a longer loop. If the notes are in sequence and they're all quantized the same, you just need to turn off quantization so that the computer isn't recording everything as a 32nd note or something.
