Crushed bone...?
Well two years ago I got mad at someone and kicked this metal and plastic chair and my leg connected with the side of the hard plasic seat and crushed the bone in.And it has yet to fully eal,its still dented,will it smoth over eventually?Anything I can do to make it build the bone back up?
Also What are some way to stregthen my knee?I tore something in it awhile ago and it can't support as much weight as my other one.
I have no i dea I like way over strenched it then put to much weight on it.I told my parents but they said it would be fine.I then had to run a bunch in P.E. and it hurt for atleast 2 weeks probably more.I was limping the whole time and it hurt a lot.
The crushed bone is healed about all it will without surgery at this point.
The knee who knows . What was torn ? get Doctors advice
