hey i just started getting into this remix stuff. My question is, if you wanted to do a remix of a song (not necisarily mixing two songs, but maybe a little sampling) would you use mixing software like traktor (with a dj controller) or do you use producing software like ableton or fl studio?? Thanks!
I used to do some mixing myself, and I used softwares from the internet. There are several free softwares for mixing, and the ones I used was Sony ACID Music Studio, you can download the free trial.
